Anyone wringing their hands over Kairi Sane failing to pick up the title at her first attempt should stop right there. It was patently obvious the four-way tussle was designed specifically to showcase her as a key player whilst keeping her falls against column untarnished. Besides which, this was Moon's time to wax, after waiting so long behind the Land of Rising Sun's finest.

The match itself fell somewhat short of the exemplary standards set in similar circumstances by NXT's Four Horsewomen, but that sort of chemistry only occurs overnight in secret laboratories. Peyton Royce struggled to keep pace at times, but the potential is there, whilst Sane, though sometimes uncharacteristically sloppy, stole the show once more with that incredible elbow drop. Eat your heart out, Randy Savage.
