One of the worst endings you can pull at a PPV is to have a title match end in a disqualification, especially a match that’s been hyped up and is going really well. It’s just a total letdown to the crowd, who might expect that at a TV taping.

In this case, the Usos and New Day have had a heated rivalry for a while now, and their tag title match was heavily hyped with a great in-ring promo a couple weeks ago. They started off hot, stealing each other’s moves and going at each other full-speed, but then everything got derailed.

The Bludgeon Brothers came out and interrupted the match, demolishing all five men at ringside for several minutes. It completely upended what could have been a really good match and the latest chapter in their rivalry.

Instead, fans in the arena had to spend a good while watching medical personnel tend to the Usos and New Day during a PPV. Not exactly a thrilling good time.
