5 Ups And 6 Downs From WWE Payback 2020

3. Mysterios Finally Win One

Dominik & Rey Mysterio finally got the upper hand in their never-ending feud with Seth Rollins & Murphy Sunday night.

The luchadores defeated the Monday Night Messiah and his disciple in tag team action in a pretty decent bout at Payback after months of being punching bags for the cult-like leader. Rey and Dom worked well together as a duo, and the tag team feature hid the fact that it was the younger Mysterio’s third WWE match.

It would be better if we could definitively say that this was the end of this ridiculously long feud, but we all know that isn’t the case – the rivalry will continue. And this match would have meant more if it wasn’t just a restart of a Raw match from this past Monday.

But we’ll give passing marks since it was the right outcome and an entertaining enough match.
