5 Ups And 6 Downs From WWE Roadblock: End Of The Line

Downs...

6. Bulgarian Countout Win

For a deeply personal rivalry (as Michael Cole described it), the Rusev/Big Cass match sure had a cheap ending.

Rusev and wife Lana combined to lure Enzo Amore to a hotel room, where the Bulgarian Brute assaulted him, leaving Enzo laying. That brought Cass directly into the feud, setting up this match. However, the bout itself (on the kickoff show) only lasted a few minutes, with Rusev and Lana using Enzo as a distraction so he could beat the count back in before Cass to win.

To call it an underwhelming match with a disappointing finish would be an understatement. This feud will continue on Raw, but another lackluster bout or ending won’t help in any way.
