Survivor Series is in the books, and fans likely have one question: Who’s next?

Or better yet: Will there be a “next?” Goldberg plowed through Brock Lesnar in the main event of the fall tradition, shocking nearly everyone in the audience and sparking differing opinions and questions galore. Say it was wrong, say it was ill-advised, but you can’t deny that it got people buzzing.

Of course, Survivor Series was built on the three traditional elimination matches purportedly for “brand supremacy.” In the grand scheme of things, Raw won two of the matches, so that makes them the winners, right? Or does winning the men’s match count as two victories? As usual, there were some strange eliminations, and while we’ve nitpicked these before, we’ll try to stay focused on only a few of them.

So was Survivor Series good? It entertained, that’s for sure. Did it top NXT TakeOver: Toronto? That’s something this writer would dispute strenuously. Disagree at your own peril. The bottom line here is that Survivor Series provided good matches, helped set the table for December feuds and delivered a memorable main event, so that’s an overall positive.

So what was the sole survivor, and what jobbed to a clothesline? Let’s get to it…
