5 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 27)

1. Taker Issues Grave Warning

Sometimes, the classics are the best way to go.

In this case, Undertaker went somewhat old school in delivering a promo (mostly) from a graveyard, where he dug a grave for Roman Reigns (complete with tombstone) and told the Big Dog that this was his yard come Sunday. He told Reigns that he had made a grave mistake (direct quote, not a pun) by challenging the Deadman and then appeared in the ring to let Roman know that he would, “Rest in peace.”

It was a simple, classic promo from Taker, but it worked so, so well. It left Roman sitting there with nothing to say, and left you wondering whether the mindgames would work on the young superstar. For those in attendance, it was probably a bit of a letdown to not see the full entrance, but it worked fine on TV.
