5 Ways IMPACT Wrestling Is Outclassing The Competition Right Now

1. Women's Wrestling Matters

Of course it does, but this isn't evident to such an extent anywhere but IMPACT Wrestling.

WWE's treatment of women over the years speaks for itself. AEW's women's division still needs a few kinks sorted out before it's complete, but they're on the right track with Britt Baker as the Women's World Champion. There isn't much going on outside of that title picture, though.

In IMPACT Wrestling, there are currently three stories going on there; Deonna Purrazzo vs. Kimber Lee and Susan, Fire N Flava vs. Rosemary and Havok, and the inevitable dissolution of Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering. Even then, there's also the prolonged story arc of Susan reverting back to Su Yung.

How can you even put WWE and AEW's women's divisions in the same sentence as IMPACT's knockouts division?

Alexa Bliss' spooky sh*t is that without the spooky. Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair, and Bianca Belair and Bayley are both locked in never-ending rivalries that are way past their sell-by dates. The WWE women's tag division is nonexistent at this point. Strange repackaging jobs on both Piper Niven and Nikki Cross have done little of note. The lack of star power right now (Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Ronda Rousey, etc.) is hugely noticeable.

AEW promoted a Vickie Guerrero match this week.

You wouldn't get that in IMPACT these days.
