5 Wrestlers Who Could Join The Teased New AEW SUPER Stable

1. Jack Perry

Don Callis stable
AEW

AEW delights in some really intricate and or dorky foreshadowing; Kenny Omega, for example, took to wearing an Atsushi Onita-style leather jacket weeks and weeks before the announcement of the Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch at Revolution 2021.

If only AEW had instead borrowed the man's expertise with props...

Jack Perry is currently rocking aviator sunglasses as part of his new heel schtick. Is that more cute teasing - that he could quite literally be the "new" Kenny Omega? - or is it simply a look synonymous with the pro wrestling villain?

Whatever the case may be, Perry absolutely needs something - or somebody - else to get firing in the role. Perry can wrestle like a heel, but he by his own admission isn't the most gifted or willing orator. Don Callis is. He cannot be shushed. He could accentuate Perry's act brilliantly.

Perry has incredible chemistry opposite the Young Bucks, as demonstrated throughout 2021, and a rematch against a less-broken Omega is a thrilling prospect. This won't bat back accusations that Perry receives countless opportunities because he is part of the "Cali clique", but effective promoters find reasons to get talents over and pair them with wrestlers with whom they can work magic.

Perry needs an assist, and hasn't yet worked one of his best dance partners with the face/heel alignments reversed: this is a no-brainer.
