5 Wrestlers Who Will THRIVE In WWE NXT's New Era

2. Bronson Rechsteiner

WWE doesn't usually mention the legacy of the Steiner Brothers, but they should.

Together, Rick and Scott redefined tag team wrestling, with their innovative tag team manoeuvres - their Doomsday DDT, dubbed the Steinerizer, never ceases to amaze - often leaving fans' jaws dropped.

They may reference them soon, though, as Bronson Rechsteiner (Rick Steiner's son) reported to the Performance Center back in February, having only debuted in October 2020. Eagle-eyed viewers may have spotted the 'Dog-Faced Gremlin's' son in various roles, having been a zombie during the Miz and Damian Priest's WrestleMania Backlash blunder in May, and being choked out by Samoa Joe on a recent NXT broadcast.

Now, Bronson isn't quite built like some of the other guys on this list. He's only six feet tall, with 230 pounds of beef to his name. However, WWE could build something out of him. They can't get enough of second-generational wrestlers, often disgustingly milking it. Like Ridge Holland, Rechsteiner comes to the Performance Center with an amateur sports background in both American football and wrestling; he lifted the Georgia Class AAAAAA State Championship for the 220-pound weight class in 2016, for example. He's a safe bet to thrive in NXT.

As an added bonus, he can even wrestle as Bronson Steiner. You can't put it past WWE cutting Bronson Reed just so they could use the name for someone else.
