5 WWE Heel Turns That Need To Happen Now

1. Finn Bálor

Alternatively, they could give that particular gig to Finn Bálor.

It's a tougher sell due to Bálor's natural likability, but this whole respect thing Finn's working with Seth Rollins can only go so far. WWE are a company who like their defined characters, so one will have to turn heel sooner or later. Due to how well Seth is starting to click as a babyface, the onus falls on Bálor.

Switching out "Bálor Club is for everyone" and replacing it with "Bálor Club is for no-one but me" would be easy, and so would tailoring Finn's "Demon" persona so that it only comes out when he feels backed against a wall; if that happens, WWE will need to be mindful not to turn Finn into a horror caricature like Bray Wyatt, but that's a road to cross once they come to it and they've (hopefully) learned from those mistakes.

Bálor has never been heel in WWE, so it'd be a refreshing twist on his performances if nothing else. It's worth a go, could breathe new life into the feud with Rollins over the Intercontinental Title and allow Bálor to prove that he belongs in the top line mix all over again.
