It is rather shocking to note that the best heel in the sports entertainment world right now, Randy Orton, has not recorded a single victory at the Money in the Bank event since he won the briefcase in 2013. Many members of the wrestling universe consider this show as the company's most important event after the 'Big 4' PPVs. Hence, the recent performances of 'The Legend Killer' have raised many eyebrows.

Just like Roman Reigns, 'The Viper' could not win the multi-man ladder matches in 2014 and 2015, whereas he missed the 2016 show because of an injury. 'The Apex Predator' tried to win the WWE Championship in Missouri, only to fall short against Jinder Mahal. The creative team kept him off the card in 2018, and last year, the Grand Slam champion added one more loss to his name at this event by failing in the ladder match.

The writers have not booked him in a match at this year's show thus far. Therefore, Orton may likely miss the pay-per-view next Sunday.
