5 WWE Things We Learned From Ronda Rousey On Piper's Pit
3. The Rock
Piper asks what it was like being out there with The Rock, and if that was comforting for her or would she rather have been out there on her own. Ronda remarks that sharing the segment with him was tricky because, while he's so great at putting anyone over, he's so intense with his ability to capture everyone's attention and hold the room that it's hard not to get outshone by him. She described it as a delicate balance because Triple H and The Rock "could be one of the greatest rivalries of all-time" and they had to come up with a way to create a situation where they were ignoring them. She called it was a lot of pressure trying to be captivating enough to ignore those two. Rousey said that if anyone was going to bring her in and do it right, it had to be him, but that working with him really upped the ante for her to make sure she was on her game and on his level in her first time out. "It was one of those things where I looked in the mirror afterward like 'What have I gotten myself into...again'?"
