5 WWE Things We Learned From Ronda Rousey On Piper's Pit
2. Putting Triple H On His *ss
Roddy laughs and tells Ronda that he's never seen the head of The Authority hip-tossed any better, and she reveals that it wasn't even the throw she was planning. Rousey is left-handed, and because she was out of position she had to adjust to a right-handed throw and made up something on the spot (improvisation is a great attribute for an aspiring pro wrestler). She says she's never pulled that throw before and had to watch it back to see what she actually did. Her intent was to use a throw she was very familiar with, but she had to adapt on the spot. Regarding Stephanie, Ronda said she wasn't moving until someone touched her, and all she could think about was how windy it was and trying to look intimidating with her hair in her face. Ronda remarks that Stephanie wasn't actually supposed to go down, but due to the combination of McMahon being in heels and she being a little too rough, down she went, so the champ just brought her back up. Roddy said she had no choice, she was going to go where Ronda put her. They both comment on how special it is when something doesn't go according to plan. Roddy adds "that's where the magic is."
