And 5 That Sucked...

5. Brie Bella Vs. Nikki Bella

This one really should have been a piece of cake. The battle of the Bellas, brought about due to the success of E's reality TV series Total Divas, could have been a home run but, instead, it turned out to be one of the worst angles of 2014. Possibly the very worst, actually.

It all started at SummerSlam 2014 when Nikki cost Brie her match with Stephanie McMahon. She resented the fact that her twin sister had taken some time off months before, which led to The Authority punishing her instead.

In a series of lame interviews between the two, it transpired that Nikki had always felt that she had been held back by Brie, ever since the two were in the womb - seriously, Nikki actually said that. Cue more interminable segments between the two, a pitiful video series called 'Growing Up Bella' and an appearance from Vince McMahon's favourite 90s television personality, Jerry Springer.

It all led to a match between the two at the 2014 Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, with the added stipulation that the loser would have to be the winner's personal assistant/slave for thirty days. Babyfaces don't have the best track record in these things and, funny enough, Nikki won the match which, at 6.20 in length was about three minutes too long.

So Brie was evil Nikki's slave and had to do such humiliating tasks like fetching a smoothie (and getting it dumped over her head). None of this seemed to bother Brie, though, and before the thirty days were even up she had turned heel and joined her sister.

No explanation was offered but, to be quite honest with you, I don't really care enough about one to ask.
