OK, this is admittedly cheating a little, but it’s tough to pick between these two matches.

Taken independently, you could make a case for each one to be on the list, but as a pair, this is easily one of the best Mania moments ever. As such, let’s split the difference and slot Daniel Bryan’s journey to immortality just inside the top 20 and leave it to each reader to decide which match carries more weight.

Bryan and Triple H opened WrestleMania 30 with a barn-burner of a match. The contest carried the stipulation that the winner would be added to the Orton/Batista WWE World Heavyweight Championship match. Bryan battled Helmsley and overcame the COO to go on to the main event, where he would win the world title by making Batista tap out.

So which match is better? Bryan versus Triple H might be better in terms of quality, but a world title win in the main event is nearly impossible to top.
