The Heartbreak Kid is known as Mr. WrestleMania, and this match showed that he absolutely could deliver when the lights were brightest and that John Cena kid was pretty good too. The duo put on a great match to close out what was at that time the biggest WrestleMania ever in terms of PPV buyrate (until WrestleMania 28 eclipsed it). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NB3K2EPlRTs WrestleMania 23 turned out to be Michaels last title match at WWEs biggest event, as he would go on to face Ric Flair and Undertaker in his last three Mania matches. For Cena, it was his third straight victory in a world title match at Mania. Despite the crowd hating on Cena, he certainly held up his end in this match.
Scott is a former journalist and longtime wrestling fan who was smart enough to abandon WCW during the Monday Night Wars the same time as the Radicalz. He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV.
