10. Bret Hitman Hart vs. Owen Hart WrestleMania 10
Brother versus brother matchups in professional wrestling are a mixed bag. You would think that no one knows each other better than two brothers, but wrestling history is littered with sibling rivalries that fell short of expectations: Matt and Jeff Hardy, Rick and Scott Steiner, Booker T and Stevie Ray, Kane and the Undertaker. But Bret and Owen Hart were able to deliver intense hatred and then back it up in the ring. For months, Bret refused to fight his brother Owen after their tag team imploded. When Owen stood between Bret and a world title shot at WrestleMania 10, he had no choice. What resulted was what is widely regarded as the best Mania opening match in history. The two tore down the house, with Owen shockingly emerging victorious. Bret would go on to win the WWF Championship later that night, but it was his match against his brother that became the memorable moment for him.
