24. Judy Bagwell = Tag-Team Champion
Get ready for more mind-numbing WCW "storytelling".
Rick Steiner and Buff Bagwell won the WCW Tag-Team belts from The Giant and Scott Steiner at Halloween Havoc 1998. Bagwell turned on Rick during the match, so Steiner subbed in Kenny Kaos as his new partner the next night on Nitro. Kaos was then injured, so Steiner...picked Judy Bagwell as his new co-champ to get at Buff.
Judy f'n Bagwell was one half of the WCW Tag-Team Champs for a spell, and Rick beamed with pride as Buff seethed. Vince Russo doesn't get the blame for this, because he was still over in the WWF at the time.
