Of all the potential options the WWE booking team have for Sheamus, the most simple may be the most effective. A quick cash-in would shock the wrestling world (and undoubtedly spark great discontent among many fans), but would set up the new champion with various hungry challengers. Rollins, Reigns, Ambrose and Lesnar would all have Sheamus in their sights, leading to a potentially enthralling multi-man match at Battleground. There's no question that such a storyline would relegate the Celtic Warrior to nothing more than a transitional champion, as keeping the belt on him post-Battleground would probably test the patience of fans too much, but it would create a chaotic period of excitement for a few weeks at least. This could be just the shot in the arm the WWE needs after its traditional post-WrestleMania slump, as long as the unpredictability was reigned in in time for a summer of more established storylines - otherwise the promotion would run the risk of a descent into WCW-style anarchy. Which would admittedly be entertaining, in a car-crash sort of way...
