6 Female Wrestlers WWE Must Sign For A Real 'Divas Revolution'

1. Cheerleader Melissa

Is there a more obvious name to throw into this hat? The wrestler formerly known as Alissa Flash (and Raisha Saeed) in TNA is better known as Cheerleader Melissa, one of the worst and most misleading names in all of wrestling. Still, as soon as she steps inside the ring this becomes irrelevant. There aren't many tougher competitors in professional wrestling. Cheerleader Melissa is simply one of the most decorated names in women's wrestling today. A record two-time holder of the SHIMMER Championship, she has picked up gold in 10 other promotions and came out on top of the PWI Female Top 50 in 2013. Of course, PWI voted Cameron the 17th best female wrestler in the world one, so paying attention to them is fairly pointless. PWI or not, Cheerleader Melissa is the top of the list of females that the WWE needs to sign. At 33 years old she might be seen as a little too old, but come on, James Storm just made his debut at 38. Make it happen, WWE. That wraps it up. Who would you like to see give the Divas Revolution the kickstart it so desperately needs? Do you have a dream match you'd like to see involving a current roster member and an independent star?

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
