Anthem Sports is currently embroiled in a legal matter with Matt Hardy over usage of the BROKEN universe.

It remains unclear who holds a legal right to it. Hardy has recently teased that we'll be seeing it in WWE sooner rather than later, but then, he's been saying that for months. In such cases, both sides of the dispute would be wise to keep their noses clean. Hardy triggered Anthem slightly by indulging in his BROKEN mannerisms, but we have seen less and less of them as negotiations rumble on in the background. TNA/GFW/Impact/Whatever, meanwhile, have this week more or less lobbed their kn*bs out by giving a contracted WWE talent a front row seat on an international pay-per-view broadcast.

Paige, Alberto El Patron's on and off missus, soaked in his awesome GFW/Impact Wrestling Title win over Lashley while wearing a mask, which was about as believable as those fake awake glasses Homer Simpson wore for Freddy Quimby's GBH trial. It was a cute way of getting around the limits of her contract - technically, her likeness wasn't used where it shouldn't have been - but it was moronic of Anthem to indulge in Paige's longstanding crusade to get fired. Just for good measure, her papi grabbed the mic after his win and screamed that WWE - which he un-slyly referred to as "that f*cking company!" is "full of losers."

Obviously, WWE, being an ultra-professional corporate monolith, dealt with this in-house using their powerful legal tea- no, wait. They bit back by referencing Paige's leaked sex videos on SmackDown.
