6 Reasons The 'American Bad Ass' Undertaker Would Rock WWE
5. 'Taker Would Be Able To Cut Proper Promos Again
For years now, The Undertaker hasn't been a big talker on WWE television. During the 'American Bad Ass' era, that wasn't the case at all. On the contrary, 'Taker was highly vocal, promos were a big part of that particular persona. At first, the biker character was a babyface, but that eventually gave way to an arrogant heel schtick. This was arguably the best portion of Undertaker's career on the mic. Claiming that the ring was his "yard", and that he called the shots added legitimacy to proceedings. Wrestling fans had been aware for years that Mark Calaway was an authority in the WWF/WWE locker room, so it made sense to parlay this into storyline. Imagine an Undertaker who was entirely vocal about the current state of affairs in the company, standing up to The Authority? That's something that could work, and fans would no doubt enjoy hearing more from one of the most respected men on the roster. For many years, 'Taker's character has forced him to keep quiet, so promos would feel fresh and new. This could make for some very entertaining segments on Monday Night Raw, just as one example.
