5. The FanTime Link Didn’t Come Up At All

Hall then asked when Mandy was told dropping the strap and leaving WWE was due to content on her FanTime page. Here's something incredible: Rose claims she "was never told that". The company's line wasn't expressly that third party pictures or sexual content had cost her a gig.

Interesting.

That caught the host by surprise, because she likely figured someone in the promotion would pull Mandy aside, chastise her for posting sexy images and then tell her she was gone. Nope, that didn't happen. In fact, Rose was kept in the dark about the circumstances behind her release and only told that NXT bosses wanted to go in a different direction with the belt.

Of course, Mandy and WWE top brass did have some conversations about the FanTime stuff beforehand. Wrestlers cutting their own side project deals and making money from services that don't benefit the company itself has been a back-and-forth topic in WWE circles for years.
