It is no secret that Enzo Amore is one of the worst in-ring wrestlers on the main roster and that every single Enzo & Big Cass match follows the same formula, but the Realest Guys In The Room gave as good a bout as we're getting from them last night against RAW Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson. The Club picked up the win but Enzo & Cass lost nothing in defeat and didn't display any of the dissension that had been brewing recently.

If we forget for a moment that two years ago on this same night Anderson and Gallows were coming up short in singles competition against Tetsuya Naito and Kota Ibushi, this was one of the duo's best tag matches in a while. The right team won and the losing team stayed together. That is two big green ticks for WWE.

Because for all their issues Enzo & Cass still receive a good to great reaction from the live audience, and the act has legs as long as the inevitable heel turn is handled well. The flying Enzo hot tag wipe out spot was a thing of beauty once more, so here's hoping that becomes an integral part of every Certified Gs match.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
