6 Ups & 0 Downs From AEW Rampage (Nov 26)

2. Another Daniel Garcia Showcase

Daniel Garcia Eddie Kingston
AEW

Daniel Garcia has been put in some awesome spots since Rampage started in mid-August. Matches against Jon Moxley and CM Punk went a long way to improving his standing in AEW, and now Dan can add Eddie Kingston's name to the list of those handily giving him a leg up the ladder.

This main event was another cracker from both.

Kingston let Garcia out-wrestle him for much of the match. Then, just when it looked like he might cave, Eddie roared back with some strikes or a power move that put Daniel on his ass. Smartly, Taz also harped on the fact that Garcia couldn't brawl with Kingston. If he did, then he'd get his head kicked in.

That set the tone for the entire match, and it made the youngster look like a tank when he locked Kingston in another painful hold or bamboozled him with chain sequences. Being blunt, this was so good it could've filled a gap on pay-per-view.
