6 Ups & 0 Downs From AEW Rampage (Nov 26)

1. Chris Jericho To The Rescue

Post-match, Garcia and his 2.0 buddies put the boots to Kingston. Fans immediately looked towards the entrance to see who might come out to help, but they should've been glancing over at the announce desk instead. Chris Jericho rushed out from behind that and saved the day.

Save us, Y2J! Oh wait, wrong era.

Seriously though, this wasn't as random a save as it might've seemed to those who didn't watch Wednesday's episode of Dynamite. On that, Garcia and 2.0 interrupted Jericho's promo. So, he already had some beef with them and a reason to snuff out their snot-nosed brat antics before they get out of hand.

AEW should find Jericho and Kingston a partner ASAP (somebody from the Inner Circle?) and book this six-man tag soon. It's also pleasing to report that Jericho is back in the mix with rising stars who deserve the opportunity. That American Top Team sh*te is finally over.
