6 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (Mar 3)

Ups...

6. Making The Most Of Your Minutes

Riho and Emi Sakura are far from this writer's favourites in the haphazard AEW women's division, but even a blind man could tell you they had a tidy match this week. All one had to do was open their ears to hear fans in the stands responding well to everything both women did.

It got especially fun after the now expected picture-in-picture ad break too.

Looks like TK fancies heating Riho up for another stab at the Women's Title. That's a puzzling decision considering she's babyface and so is Jamie Hayter, but whatever. This match vs. Sakura, whilst definitely something fans have seen before, was good for what it was.

They maximised their minutes, and managed to squeeze some life out of the fanbase despite having next-to-no-story going in. In fairness, the announcers did well to bring up the history between both ladies. JR, in particular, was really keen on this match.
