6 Ups & 2 Downs From Last Night's NXT (July 22)

I have watched every single minute of NXT since it debuted on the USA Network. Every match, every interview, every promo, every mass brawl, every parking lot attack, every zoom call, every time William Regal has called somebody 'sunshine', every! single! minute!

And still, if you'd put a loaded gun to my actual head and said "tell me the two wrestlers in Ever Rise or I'll bukakke the wall with your grey matter" I'd have honestly said "uh... Leon Ruff... and... Adrian... someone". Obviously I'd feel terrible about getting that wrong but that's ok because, you've got to remember here, I'd be dead.

Anyway, Chase Parker and Matt Martel took on Breezango. It was a squash, obviously, the lads coming out dressed as the Mountie was about where the entertainment factor peaked. Both teams tried their best, and it's always nice to feel like the tag division's rolling on, but this was predictable filler.
