6 Ups & 3 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Jun 23)

Downs...

3. Enough Is Enough

The whole split personality story with Susie and Su Yung is alright. It's a stark contrast from what we had previously expected to see from 'The Undead Bride', so it's a welcome sight. That is until it becomes the same old, same old, and we forget why it's even happening. Susie just isn't interesting anymore.

It was fine at first when it was building up to her and Yung finally being revealed to be the same person, but now, it's as if Su Yung is to Susie what The Demon is to Finn Bálor. We rarely see Su these days when in reality, it should be Susie we see less of.

In addition, why does Susie act as if she doesn't have a clue how to wrestle, aside from running bulldogs? We all know what she's capable of in the ring, so it's a real mystery as to why she fails to use any of this expertise when battling her foes. A sloppy reversal to Taya Valkyrie's Road to Valhalla won't be making anyone remember Susie for years to come.

Just end this and bring Su Yung back on a permanent basis. She's clearly the more compelling character, no matter who you ask.
