6 Ups & 3 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Jun 23)

2. Tasha Steelz A Victory

Nevaeh vs. Tasha Steelz was a decent match. There was nothing overtly terrible about the bout's in-ring action, with Steelz being absolutely dominated by Nevaeh. With that in mind though, it made no sense whatsoever when Tasha simply rolled up Nevaeh with a handful of tights to steal a win. She had gotten in very little offence aside from a few strikes, so why was it a simple rollup win?

That said, Kiera Hogan did provide a distraction on the ring apron immediately beforehand, but that still doesn't justify the nature of the win. Nevaeh and Havok are supposed to be portrayed as these two monsters of the Knockouts division. Having the former being pinned for the three count, even when she clearly could have kicked out before the final count, isn't helping anyone.

All things considered, it certainly helps further the rivalry between the teams of Havok and Nevaeh, and Tasha Steelz and Kiera Hogan, and it does give 'The Boricua Badass' a much-needed victory. She hasn't done all too much in the ring thus far in Impact Wrestling, being used in non-wrestling skits for the most part.

That doesn't change anything though. The ending to this didn't make any sense.
