6 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Oct 6 - Results & Review)

2. Acknowledge Rhea Ripley

Roman Reigns should discuss Rhea Ripley's behaviour when he returns to screens next week. Nobody's expecting Roman vs. Rhea for WrestleMania XL, obviously, but it won't hurt to have The Bloodline boss reference Judgment Day's 'Mami' and her erm...borrowing of his famous catchphrase.

Ripley told Paul Heyman she'd signed off on things, which meant he didn't have to call Reigns for permission to broker a deal between Bloodline and JD. A pensive Paul E did that anyway, because of course he did, but their sit-down conversation backstage elevated Rhea further.

She really came across as one of the biggest stars on the roster.

Booking some tension between Bloodline and Judgment Day is a cracking idea. The latter has been making a play to dominate WWE as a whole for a while now, and that won't sit well with Roman. His group's stranglehold on the product has loosened mind, so this could be JD's time.
