6 Ups & 4 Downs For AEW Collision (Oct 7 - Results & Review)

Downs...

4. Because Who's Watching ROH, Right?

Few people are watching Ring of Honor on a weekly basis, but if you're one of those few, you'd be forgiven for thinking you're wasting your time.

Why's that? Well, AEW Collision this week saw Angelico team with Gravity and Metalik to take on Juice Robinson and the Gunns. The problem here is, if you've been keeping up with ROH, Angelico has been working as a heel, while Gravity and Metalik are babyfaces. Not just that, but the past two episodes of ROH television have seen Angelico in matches against Gravity and Metalik. Who was Angelico teaming with on those occasions? That'd be Serpentico, who is also a heel and was also along for the ride as he accompanied this trio to the ring.

Yes, this Collision six-man match was somewhat of a nothing affair designed to give Bullet Club Gold a win and allow for a post-match Jay White promo, but putting the Bang Bang Gang against such a bizarre team totally takes a dump on what's been seen over in Ring of Honor.

Angelico, Gravity and Metalik were merely bodies selected to put over BCG, but could you have not found a trio who are actually already aligned? Or who have at least all been positioned as babyfaces on your other TV? Or even better, haven't been battling each other on that TV?
