6 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dark (Nov 10)

3. Diamante & Ivelisse vs. Jennacide & Dreamgirl Ellie

On her day, Ivelisse is theoretically one of the best wrestlers in AEW's women's division.

This wasn't Ivelisse's day.

'La Sicaria' entered an odd performance against Dreamgirl Ellie and Jennacide. There were times when she looked borderline uncooperative, as was the case in her recent bout with Thunder Rosa, and a number of her exchanges were off as well, lowlighted by a weirdly cumbersome tumble to the outside with Jennacide. Later, she bailed on the same wrestler before she could execute an impressive double-stack Samoan Drop on her and Diamante, diminishing the move's impact.

The finishing Cloverleaf at least looked brutal, as Ellie was tapped out. She and Jennacide have a unique aesthetic and the latter towered over the opposition here, giving her something different.
