6 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Oct 27)

5. The Wrestling God

His cinematic match with EC3 at Bound For Glory was a chore to sit through for the most part, but if there's anything to take away from it, it's that the reigning TNA World Heavyweight Champion appears to be on the pathway to something far bigger than what he's been up to this year.

Moose confronted the new World Champion Rich Swann while he was celebrating with Willie Mack and The Rascalz (Swann was also confronted by Sami Callihan and Ken Shamrock thereafter). 'Mr Impact Wrestling' made some derogatory remarks towards Swann's upbringing, and then also laid out Mack in the parking lot later on while he was recording a video message for a fan. What was intriguing here is that Moose grabbed the camera himself, with the camera feed fading before the TNA champion could say anything.

The whole TNA title schtick has been a mixed bag to say the least. While it had its moments, there were definitely parts when the story could have been far better than it was. If this is leading to a title unification bout between the TNA champion Moose and the Impact champion Swann, then your writer is all for it.

Even if that isn't the case, it still spells good news for Moose either way.
