At what point do the Dexter Lumis shenanigans run their course?

The unblinking psycho has been tormenting the Miz for a month now, kidnapping him, then invading his home last week. Monday, he cut his way up from under the ring and tried to pull Miz, then Tommaso Ciampa, under with him.

Still, there’s been no storyline development whatsoever. No indication of why Lumis is doing this, or why Miz refuses to talk about it and acts like a battered spouse. This might work for a couple weeks, but by now, we should be getting breadcrumbs of a story, some kind of advancement.

As it stands, Lumis isn’t creepy enough – like a Kane for example – to warrant weeks upon weeks of weirdness without purpose. We need to get to the fireworks factory and find out what Dexter wants with Miz relatively soon, or this little program could lose all steam.
