6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Dec 18)

Here's a recap of the Bayley vs. Bianca Belair feud thus far.

Belair landed on SmackDown and bragged about being the best at everything. Then, annoyed, Bayley decided to put this newcomer in her place but ended up with egg on her face after losing to Natalya. Bianca got a kick out of that, laughed and said she'd be next to beat Bayley.

Finally, on this week's SmackDown, Belair...lost to Bayley in their very first singles outing against one another on TV. In other words, Bayley fell to Nattie, Bianca gloated, then the heel of the rivalry was booked to give her some comeuppance for that. Wait, what? Yes, apparently that's the story.

Though Belair will survive this (she's too talented not to), that doesn't give WWE a pass for stupidity. Bianca already looks like she can't hang with the former SmackDown Women's Champ, which is the complete opposite effect this feud was supposed to have.
