2. Achieving A Lot With A Little

The best backstage skits achieve multiple things in short order.

In two minutes or less, WWE managed to do the following: Sell the harmony that now exists between Sami Zayn and Jey Uso, have Jimmy question whether or not his brother had confronted Sami for lying to him last week, put over that Roman Reigns' word is final, and set up a tag bout for next week.

It was especially nice to see Jimmy bring up Sami's bare-faced lie from last Friday before Survivor Series, because that plot point needed a bit more time in the oven. The fact Jey deftly side-stepped it by pretty much saying that Roman was happy so he's happy was a bonus.

Screw Matt Riddle and Elias vs. The Usos too, 'cause Sheamus teaming with Drew McIntyre to take on the reigning tag champs is way more exciting. The former will happen on Raw, but WWE is keeping back the latter for next week's SmackDown.

This fan cannot wait to see it.
