6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Feb 5)

1. The Street Profits

The Street Profits Commentary
WWE/BT Sport

Some people probably like The Street Profits as an act, but this writer is not one of them. Actually, that's slightly unfair. He would have more time for them if they were heels. As energetic babyfaces though? No. It's obnoxious, annoying and unlikeable.

Ford and Dawkins completely ruined the tag match pitting Otis and Chad Gable against Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode with their irritating soundtrack. Their banter, whilst natural (nobody can deny these lads have chemistry), distracted from everything that was going on. That's the opposite of what commentary is supposed to do.

This sucked.

It was a terrible idea to have The Profits sit backstage and basically say, "Oh!" after every move, bump, mannerism or movement. This did nothing at all to make their impending rematch with Dolph and Robert seem must-see.
