Roman Reigns has seen a ghost.

It's the looming spectre of his own manipulation coming back to haunt him, and it's making for more absolutely tremendous wrestling TV. That's been the case with WWE's Bloodline drama since day one, but the fact everyone is still out here making memories so deep into this thing is testament to talent and superior writing.

The Bloodline officially got cut in half on this week's episode of SmackDown. Elsewhere, Bianca Belair continued her slow path towards regaining some lustre, and there's a split coming for Damage CTRL. One woman not hitting the heights? Charlotte Flair. Creative has some serious sorting out to do there!

Actual wrestling wasn't really the focal point of Friday's show (some matches were painfully short yet again), but a lengthy tag-team gauntlet bout did make headlines for the right reasons. Also, what a shift Sheamus and Ridge Holland put in there - hopefully, WWE rewards the pair for that graft soon.

Here's all the good and bad from an episode that'll be remembered for one specific moment, but had a lot more to offer than some might think.
