1. …And Then The Bell Rang

WWE’s penchant for brother-versus-brother feuds dates back decades, but their efforts to chase the Hart dragon have not yielded much success during the past 30 years.

Spoiler: Jimmy and Jey Uso did not break that trend.

For twins who have literally been down since Day One, they failed to show any chemistry in a match that should be left on the cutting room floor when putting together WrestleMania 40 highlight packages. They desperately tried to manufacture drama with Jey attacking before the bell and going full melodrama, with a lot of staring at each other between moves.

Jimmy’s feigned beg-off was so nakedly transparent and unconvincing that Jey didn’t look like an empathetic brother; he looked like a fool. In the end, it didn’t cost him anything as he kicked out of a splash and put Jimmy away with a spear and splash combo.

Yeet wins. The crowd loved the pre- and post-match participation, but it was eerily silent for much of the bout.
