6 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Raw (22 Jun - Results & Review)

4. Enough With The Electrocutions

Clearly, OSHA does not monitor WWE for workplace safety hazards and violations.

During the past month, Danhausen has electrocuted Miz, Kit Wilson, Matt Cardona, and now JD McDonagh via his wacky experiments. Each time, hilarity has ensued. While the first time with Miz was legitimately funny (Miz cycling through 20 years of catchphrases was ridiculous), this has been continuing to diminishing returns, and Monday’s shocking of McDonagh was the weakest part yet.

There was some dark humor with Dominik Mysterio being unable to focus long enough to take JD to see a doctor after being electrocuted, but even that wore thin after a while with Michael Cole hammering the joke into the ground.

Danhausen has mostly been a hit since the miss that was his debut, but WWE is running the risk of overplaying its hand with this latest gag.
