6 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Raw (3 June - Results & Review)

3. TWO MONTHS

Awesome Truth Carlito
WWE

While not a weekly feature, fans should be reminded that R-Truth and Miz have now held the World Tag Team Championship for two months, when they realistically shouldn’t have held them for two weeks… or even two days.

The comedy duo have astonishingly defended the titles three times in those two months, but they seemingly spend just as much time doing painful sketches backstage. Monday, R-Truth reminisced with Carlito about being in Judgment Day himself – because apparently they haven’t bled the “Truth thinks he’s in Judgment Day” stone dry – before Miz came in and was so obsessed with the group that Truth stormed off. The end.

They might be defending their titles – albeit against less serious opponents – but that doesn’t mean these guys are fighting champions who are making a good impression and raising the value of the titles.
