5. An Uncomfortable Angle

Setting aside Liv Morgan’s forced and stilted monologue and the silly “Liv Morgan Revenge Tour,” her… relationship with Dominik Mysterio is certainly a curiosity.

It felt very uncomfortable watching Morgan be the aggressor in approaching Dominik in the ring, getting really close and running her hand down his torso before Finn Balor ran out to make the “save.” Liv leaned into the fact she’s playing with fire by trying to seduce Rhea Ripley’s beau, admitting exactly what she was trying to do – and still getting a hair’s width away from tempting Dom-Dom.

If the angle made fans uncomfortable, that might be the point. Morgan is a villain doing whatever she wants to ruin Ripley’s life and bring the foundation Mami built up come crashing down. Targeting Mysterio is a logical move for her, as it could not only lead to the couple breaking up, but it could also fracture the Judgment Day itself.

The forced kiss and heavy flirting might be a bit much for some, but if the goal is to show Liv using her charms to her advantage, then it can get a pass for now. If this just devolves into Morgan flirting with Dominik, then it will jump the shark pretty quickly.
