5. Bait And Switch A Debut

For the past week, we’ve known that Veer Mahaan was slated to have his Raw “debut” match against Rey Mysterio. WWE tweeted it out on Sunday evening.

So naturally, when it came to game time, the match magically had changed to Veer versus Dominik Mysterio. Don’t get it wrong, this pairing makes a lot more sense – Dom should be easier pickings to set up Rey to get revenge next week or at WrestleMania Backlash – but why not announce this in the first place?

You’d think WWE had seven months to map out Mahaan’s eventual debut that they’d at least be consistent in his first couple of weeks.

Sure, something might surface later as to why Rey didn’t wrestle, and yes, it does make sense, but then don’t re-up the announcement a day before Raw and then act on the show like it was always supposed to be Dominik. That’s just dumb.
