6 Ups & 6 Downs From Kane's WWE Career
5. Team Hell No
As unlikely a career resurgence as you'll find anywhere in wrestling history, Kane's run as one half of Team Hell No was highly gratifying. Somehow, after everything he'd been through (from Katie Vick to "embrace the hate"), the monster was reborn as Daniel Bryan's awkward sidekick, spawning an odd couple tag team that presented Kane in his most entertaining form in years.
Hell No were dynamite together. Their union came around after SummerSlam 2012, where Kane defeated Daniel one-on-one. General Manager AJ Lee deemed their rivalry too heated for Raw, and they were thrown into a series of anger management classes that turned out to be some of the most endearing (and funny) WWE segments in years. From these, Hell No emerged a functioning unit, and while they still bickered like brothers, Kane and Bryan had each other's backs throughout their tag title run and beyond.
The duo had run their course by June 2013, when both men announced that they wanted to chase the WWE Championship. For Bryan, he left behind a run that saved him from hell following the infamous 18-second Sheamus burial. Kane, meanwhile, lost all residual momentum after being taken off television to film See No Evil 2, meaning this will likely go down as his career's last truly great run.
