Seeing as Eddie Edwards seemingly isn't willing to put his Call Your Shot trophy on the line against Michael Elgin at Hard To Kill, 'Big Mike' instead went into the locker room, and took the trophy for himself.

If it's that simple to become the holder of a trophy, does the same thing apply to championships? It was a pointless segment. It did nothing to further enhance the story for their pay-per-view match, which is based solely on the fact that Elgin interfered in Edwards' bout with Brian Cage a few weeks ago. It'll likely be a lovely match, but is it really needed on a pay-per-view card?

Since Elgin stole the trophy, we can only assume it'll be up for grabs when Impact Wrestling roll into Dallas. Otherwise, it's even more pointless than it originally seemed.
