1. Career Change

Don’t Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson already have a career as wrestlers? Or are we back in the 90s when trashmen, plumbers and racecar drivers also wrestled?

Gallows and Anderson already took a mildly amusing joke portraying doctors and beat it into and under the ground for the past month, but finally abandoned that last week when they sent the Dudley Boyz off into retirement (from WWE, at least). But then Monday, they showed up in another vignette, this time running a retirement home with a sophomoric acronym. They also enlisted Dana Brooke to serve as their “nurse,” complete with scrubs, glove and mask – which she then wore out to ringside.

If the doctor joke had been a one-time thing a month ago and then this one came up, it would be forgivable as Gallows and Anderson poking fun to kick-start things, but after seeing the doctor gimmick overdone, one can’t help but groan in anticipation at the segments and bad puns we’ll probably get in the coming weeks.
