If you ever needed a reminder of just how intricate the art of professional wrestling truly is and how seemingly simple moves can often require the most precise of execution, look no further than Jacy Jayne's unfortunate botch on last night's episode.

Coming during an attempt to dive through the ropes onto Persia Pirotta on the outside, Jayne's feet were awkwardly caught in the ropes, leading to her landing right on her head and neck just before the break. The Toxic Attraction member was then carted off to the back to receive medical attention, leaving Io Shirai to battle against Indi Hartwell's best mate for the chance to "Spin the Wheel to Make the Deal". Though, as commentary reminded us, it really didn't matter who spun it, right? It's f**king random.

That logic gap aside, Shirai and Pirotta put on a rather enjoyable affair post-Jayne injury, with the powerhouse Persia rag-dolling The Genius of the Sky effectively before the former NXT Women's Champion fired herself back into the driver's seat via Tiger Feint Kick. A Moonover Moonsault was enough to seal the deal for Io, with the wheel ultimately landing on a "Stairway to Hell Ladder Match" over the NXT Women's Tag Team titles next week.

It's not clear whether Jayne will be fit to compete at Halloween Havoc at this time - hopefully it's nothing too serious - but six talented women smashing each other around a ring with ladders over some belts? If it's anything like Indi and Candice LeRae's title-winning street fight from earlier this year... we're most definitely in.
