AJ Styles’ personal colossus Omos finally made his in-ring debut Saturday night at WrestleMania, and it was a moment.

It was a weird visual to see the heel AJ playing the “in peril” role in a tag match, but the theme of the bout was simple: New Day had to keep Omos out of the match at all costs. So we got a bunch of teased tags, with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods cutting the ring in half repeatedly.

But finally, Styles made it to Omos and tagged in the big man, and New Day’s reaction was priceless. The 11-time tag champs were screwed – and they knew it. Omos ran over both Xavier and Kofi en route to pinning Kingston with one foot, winning the Raw Tag Team Championship.

Really, it’s all downhill here for Omos, but this was a fun debut.
