3. Steph Heels It Up

When Stephanie McMahon walked out to present Ronda Rousey with the Raw Women’s Championship, you had to wonder which Steph we were getting.

Would it be the villainous, egotistical Raw commissioner? Or would it be the savior of the women’s division, the Godmother of the Women’s Evolution and quite possibly the inventor of women’s wrestling?

Thankfully, we got the delusional heel Steph, as she took credit for molding Rousey in her own image. McMahon noted that all the women around the ring wanted to be like her, and that Ronda wouldn’t be in WWE without her tutelage.

As with any ego-driven heel, Stephanie met her match when Rousey shut her down and then slapped on an armbar, sending her flying out of the ring. It was somewhat reminiscent of Vince McMahon trying to buddy up to “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and failing miserably. Nicely done.
